Our Christmas Wishlists 2025
While for many families, the holidays are a joyful time of the year, full of presents, food and love, unfortunately, for many domestic abuse survivors this is not the case.
Many survivors have experienced fear and anxiety during past festive seasons, walking on eggshells to keep their perpetrator happy.
Once they find refuge at I Choose Freedom, our families are safe, but our mums still worry about making Christmas special for their children, and at this time of year, children in our refuges start asking our Children’s Advocates, “Will Father Christmas know we’ve moved?” “Will Santa still find us?”
You can help make survivors’ wishes come true by buying a gift from our wishlists and giving adults and children living in refuge the wonderful Christmas they deserve.
By donating a present from our wishlists, you can bring joyand festive cheer to our families’ first Christmas free from domestic abuse.
